I couldn't be any happier with the treatment I've received from the Pudsey Service Centre! I had the car delivered to me which I was happy about as I'm disabled. After driving it for a few days there were a few little problems that I felt should be addressed and there were no questions asked. They took the car back and sorted it all out and I got it back today. It drives like a dream and I didn't pay a penny extra for the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are friendly and competent and go out of their way to be helpful.

Loved what I saw on the internet ad High risk car , Porsche Cayenne 4.5, ,fully aware of coolant pipe issues & bore coating problems Placed deposit whilst I was out of country , Pudsey reserved it for me for over a month On visiting Pudsey ( I live in Cardiff ) CV couldn’t have been more helpful but left decision to me ( no pressure ) Smelled antifreeze / coolant smell, love what I saw so much decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway , my decision Vehicle drove from Pudsey to S Wales no issues whatsoever Next day overheated ( which I was expecting ) faulty header tank , 95 quid on eBay for genuine Porsche part, fitted myself, no issues with my expected coolant pipe problem Concerns regarding bore coatings were actually noisy cam followers Porsche Cardiff confirmed all service docs genuine Thanks Pudsey Mega , Mega , Mega pleased Left to my own end to make decision, no pressure Thanks CV pleasure to deal with you Love the vehicle, great car dealer

I bought a Discovery 3 from Pudsey Service Centre recently, the car was excellent condition for it's age and as described. I had to send the car in for some work and it was ready within 2 days. The dealership provides excellent customer service and aftercare. Glyn even picked me up personally to collect my vehicle when it was ready. Top bloke, great service.

I visited Pudsey Service Centre on the 13th of May after spotting a Volvo XC90 on their website. The car was exactly as described on the advert so we quickly made a deal. I decided to wait a few weeks with the review in case something went wrong with the car. However, it's been working perfectly ever since so I'm absolutely satisfied with the deal and the dealer. Found the car i saw advertised and received excellent service from point of sale to aftercare having the need to return the vehicle for some advice The workshop mechanic took the time to check my concerns , A new part was ordered and the sales office loaned me a courtesy car until the work was completed . Very friendly and helpful team , nothing seems too much trouble My part exchange vehicle was collected on time from home , good communication . Very happy with the car and excellent customer service i received .

Just bought a 2014 Citroen dispatch from Pudsey service centre i am really happy with it Glyn went the extra mile and fitted a new cambelt and water pump kit swapped me a roof rack from another van a full twelve months mot and service , also when I picked the van up Glyn realised the ignition key was in a poor state so arranged to get me another one cut and programmed at his expense not many car salesman would do that he just comes across as an honest bloke so would definitely recommend.
